Web design for SMBs at a fixed price Structure first. Then pixels.

A business website with solid information architecture, its own design system, copy written by search intent and a technical foundation that can rank from day one.

Six building blocks in every build.

No optional fundamentals. What decides whether a site works is not an add-on.

  1. Information architecture

Sitemap, page briefs and intent mapping align navigation, content and conversion paths with how your customers actually buy.

  2. Design system

Typography, colour, spacing, components and motion as one system. Every section added later visibly belongs to the same brand.

  3. Copy that sells

Headlines, body copy and CTAs for clarity and conversion, built around your real offer and your real customers.

  4. Clean, semantic build

Fast, accessible, mobile-first code. Maintainable by people, cleanly indexable by search engines.

  5. SEO foundation from day one

Semantic structure, metadata, schema, sitemap, robots, redirect mapping, performance and an indexing check at launch.

  6. Conversion architecture

Hierarchical CTAs, contact routes, trust elements and form logic. Planned in, not bolted on afterwards.

What the website project includes.

The scope is written down before the project starts. Anything beyond it is a separate quote.

Always included

  • Information architecture and page briefs
  • Design system with reusable components
  • Copy for every page in scope
  • Clean, semantic build
  • SEO foundation with schema and sitemap
  • Redirect map and indexing check at launch
  • Two revision rounds per phase

When needed

  • CMS integration for editorial upkeep
  • A second language with hreflang
  • Photography and illustration direction
  • Form and CRM integration
  • Branding as a preceding phase

Not included

  • Ongoing SEO retainer
  • Paid ads and social media
  • Unlimited revision rounds
  • Legal advice

Five phases from kickoff to launch.

Most company websites either look generic or look good without bringing in enquiries. Both are decided before anyone opens a design tool. So the rule is simple: if a section does not sell, explain or build trust, it does not ship.

  1. Strategy and structure

Offer mapping, audience, sitemap, page briefs and intent map. Afterwards it is clear which page answers which search question and where it leads the visitor.

  2. Design system and key pages

Typography, components, hierarchy and motion first, then the designs for the most important pages. Every further page is built from the same blocks.

  3. Copy and SEO metadata

Final headlines, body copy, CTAs, titles, descriptions and schema. The copy is written alongside the design, not as placeholders someone has to fill at the end.

  4. Build and QA

Clean development, accessibility, performance and a content review on real devices. Errors get found on the staging host, not by your customers.

  5. Launch and handover

Redirect map, indexing check, schema validation, Search Console and analytics, then go-live. In the first days after launch we check that Google reads the new structure as planned.

Who this build is meant for.

Businesses that need to be taken seriously online, because their customers expect substance rather than a template.

  1. B2B services and consultancies

Long decision paths, several people involved, high order value. The site has to prove competence and give each person involved the answer they are looking for.

  2. Premium local services

Businesses with a fixed catchment area and prices above the average. What counts here is a site that explains the price and a local structure of the kind local SEO builds.

  3. Real estate, construction and planning

Large sums, long projects, few enquiries of high value. References, processes and contacts have to be findable without searching.

  4. Growing SMBs

The current site no longer fits the offer, the size or the audience. If it already ranks, the project runs as a relaunch with SEO migration rather than a new build.

Three ways into a website project.

Fixed price before the project starts, written sign-off before each phase.

Premium website

from €5,900

fixed price, larger page count

  • More pages and templates
  • CMS integration or a second language
  • Extended component set

Branding as a bundle

€2,000

together with a website project

  • Positioning before design
  • Logo, colour, typography
  • Cheaper than commissioned separately

Three signals that it does not fit.

Better settled before the quote than in week six.

  1. You only need a single landing page. The OnePage package covers that; the full website service starts at multi-page business sites.
  2. You want to keep seeing drafts until it feels right. We work in two structured rounds per phase, and a fixed price does not buy open-ended creative loops.
  3. You want no CMS and no handover, but to email us for every text change. We hand the site over in full.

More about seosath

Common questions about the website project.

How long does a website project take?

Eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on page count and how fast content and sign-offs arrive. Each phase has a defined sign-off, so the timeline stays predictable.

Do you build on WordPress or custom?

Both, depending on what the business needs. For most business websites we use a lean, fast, custom-built stack. For content-heavy sites with daily editing, a CMS is the right call.

What does fixed scope mean in practice?

Every project starts with a written scope document: page count, components, revision rounds, timeline. Anything beyond it is a change request with its own quote.

Is SEO included in the website project?

The foundation is: semantic structure, metadata, schema, performance, redirect mapping. Ongoing optimisation sits in the SEO retainer, not in a one-off project fee.

Who owns the site after launch?

On full payment you receive a perpetual licence to use the finished website, plus all access and the domain. There is no lock-in and no dependency on a maintenance contract.

Can a relaunch avoid losing rankings?

The typical causes can be prevented: missing redirects, deleted content, stripped signals. Nobody can guarantee individual positions. We run a relaunch as a migration: crawl and Search Console baseline, a redirect map across every old URL, content equivalence for ranking pages and monitoring through the first 30 days. From €3,900, eight to twelve weeks.

Before we write a quote, we look at where you stand.

The strategy call settles audience, offer structure and search demand. After it, the scope you actually need is clear.
