Before the project
Before anything is committed, there are two touchpoints. Both exist so neither you nor we end up in a project that doesn't fit.
00.1 · First enquiry
You send us a few sentences via the contact form: your business, your audience, what you want to achieve. We reply within one business day with an honest read - including a recommendation on whether a strategy call, an audit or a direct project is the right next step.
00.2 · Strategy call (€190)
If it makes sense: a paid strategy call. We walk through your website, positioning and SEO basics live and you receive a prioritised action list as PDF. If you proceed with a project, we credit the cost - if not, you still leave with a clear plan.
The five phases
Each phase has a defined goal, a documented deliverable and written sign-off. You always know where we stand and what comes next.
We map your offer, your audience and the search terms that actually bring enquiries. The site architecture follows - before anyone opens Figma. This phase is the single biggest lever for later ranking and conversion.
Focused design system: typography, colour, components, hierarchy. Built around clarity and brand fit, not visual noise. Two rounds of revisions per key page, then locked - not an open-ended creative shop.
Copy that sounds like your business and works for Google. Headlines, body copy, CTAs, metadata and schema markup. Optionally interview-based: we extract the positioning you already have - and translate it into search-intent-driven copy.
Clean, semantic, fast code. Mobile-first, accessible, performance-optimised. CMS setup so you can maintain content yourself - with documentation and training. No lock-ins, no black boxes: you stay independent after launch.
Redirect map (so rankings don't die), indexation check, schema validation, analytics, accessibility QA, performance pass, content review - then live. After: training (live or recorded), 30 days post-launch support included.

Launch isn't the end. A site that should rank and bring enquiries needs ongoing optimisation. We offer three options - none mandatory.
Monthly retainer from €990/month. Ongoing content strategy, technical hygiene, reaction to news topics, monthly reporting in plain English. 3-month minimum, then cancellable monthly.
On request. If you only need occasional maintenance - content updates, extensions, smaller optimisations. Pre-paid hours, transparent overview.
Perfectly fine. You get a documented CMS, training and full independence. If you need us again later, we're available - without ongoing fees in between.
