Cases

Real projects. Real numbers. Straight from Google Search Console.

Five active 2026 engagements - intentionally different, from a Munich trades business through an insurance broker and an international premium consultancy to a Korean beauty & wellness house in Muscat and a DJ from Lower Bavaria. So you can see the same structural discipline applies everywhere. All numbers, where they exist, are exported from Google Search Console; for freshly launched projects we say so openly.

Case 01 · Trades

Rucker Elektro - compliance fixed, impressions up by a factor of 12.

A Munich-area electrical contractor focused on e-mobility and classic electrical work. We took over from a previous agency that had left active GDPR risk and burnt-out rankings behind. Since the takeover in February 2026: from 2,440 to 30,193 impressions per month - with a live-test win on the day Germany's new wallbox subsidy law took effect.

Inherited situation

  • Acute GDPR defects: Google Fonts loaded externally (warning-letter territory since the 2022 Munich ruling), Analytics before consent, an incomplete Impressum.
  • Contact form pointing at the wrong recipient - enquiries went to the previous agency, not the client.
  • Collapsed rankings from poor technical hygiene; example "Zählerschrank Modernisierung": a top Munich position before the decline, out of the index by takeover.

What we did in 7 weeks

  • Rebuilt the compliance stack: self-hosted fonts, consent-aware tracking, clean Impressum, contact form with the correct recipient.
  • Retrofitted redirects, restored indexation.
  • Restructured the blog by search intent (subsidy topics, wallbox, local Munich relevance).

Result (as of July 2026)

  • Impressions per month from 400 to 30,193 (June 2025 to June 2026), clicks in the 30-day window from 8 to 201.
  • Avg. position from 34.4 to 9.5; 347 of 1,000 search terms on page one, 107 of them in the top 3.
  • Best generic hit: "e check kosten" at position 8.5 with 1,462 impressions.
  • 1,173 clicks and 98,863 impressions in total over the period. Compliance risk cleared.

Live test: wallbox subsidy law, 15 April 2026

An article matched to the new law, published the day it took effect, indexed within 24 hours; the next day a new domain-wide daily peak and four times the click count.

The clean counter-approach to this kind of damage: website relaunch without losing rankings.

Case 02 · International consultancy

LION & LAND - branding, website and SEO from one studio.

An international consultancy based in Dubai with clients across DACH, India and worldwide - specialised in European residency planning for high-net-worth individuals. One of the most demanding trust tasks online: six-figure decisions die on a 4-second load, brochure copy or zero proof of competence - so every one of those had to be solved before the first enquiry would land.

31,745
impressions in the peak month
March 2026, 111 clicks

Inherited situation

  • No domain authority: avg position 50.8 and 61 impressions in the first 30 days, visible almost only on brand-adjacent queries, nothing on the commercial long-tail.
  • An international audience (DACH, India, GCC, US) with no single query habit; standard SEO playbooks don’t apply.
  • Six-figure trust threshold: buyers only decide if the site projects sovereignty within seconds.

Scope

  • Branding & visual identity, website concept and build (multilingual), design system.
  • SEO architecture, hreflang, intent-based structure, content system by search intent.

Result (February to May 2026)

  • Avg. position from 50.8 to 10.0; impressions in the 30-day window from 61 to 18,577, clicks from 0 to 49.
  • 667 of 1,000 search terms on page one, 108 of them in the top 3. Peak in March 2026: 111 clicks and 31,745 impressions.
  • Best hit: "retire in thailand from dubai" at position 9.5 with 1,474 impressions. 392 clicks and 88,794 impressions in total.

On the period: we deliberately count up to May 2026 - ongoing content work ended after that, so later months say nothing about the build-up performance.

Branding, website and SEO from one studio - the consistency that, in a premium trust market, decides between enquiry and bounce.

Case 03 · Insurance & financial services

Investmentbüro Rotenberger - number one in the Maps pack and in AI search.

Independent insurance broker in Burgkunstadt, Germany - insurance, provision and real-estate cover for private and commercial clients. No existing web presence, no brand - a genuine start from zero. We built both: the visual identity (logo, colour system) and a digital foundation that guides clearly from day one, is regulatory-clean and gets found locally - without descending into tariff-comparison noise.

+151%
impressions
944 → 2,365 in the 30-day window

What we built

  • Brand & visual identity - logo, colour system, visual language.
  • Positioning & UX: the "Versicherungscheck" (insurance check) as a calm entry point, separate routes for private, commercial and real estate. Advice over tariff pressure.
  • Compliance from day one: statutory initial information, legal notice, privacy policy, consent, self-hosted fonts.
  • InsuranceAgency schema + geo data + local location pages across the catchment area.

Result (58 days after launch, as of July 2026)

  • Number one in the Google Maps pack, first provider named in Google's AI Mode and top recommendation on ChatGPT - documented by screenshot.
  • Six variants of the local broker search between position 2 and 4: "versicherungsberater in der nähe" 2.0, "versicherungsmakler" 2.2, "versicherungsmakler in meiner nähe" 3.0, "versicherungsmakler in der nähe" 3.2, "freier versicherungsmakler in der nähe" 3.5, "rentenversicherung beratung in meiner nähe" 3.8. Exactly the phrasing people use to look for a broker.
  • Impressions +151% in the 30-day window (944 to 2,365). Four days after launch the site was indexed and on page one.

Honest framing: for a local broker, Maps and AI search decide who gets the call, not the breadth of the results list - and that is exactly where Rotenberger sits in front. After 58 days those positions still rest on small search volumes, so this is an early signal and not a settled state. In absolute terms it is 23 clicks and 3,243 impressions so far. AI answers can vary by user and point in time.

"I didn't want a website that throws tariffs around - I wanted one that works the way I do: sort first, then decide. That's exactly what seosath delivered. Clear, technically clean, and visible on Google from day one."

Case 04 · Beauty & wellness (international)

B28 Muscat - 70% of search terms on page one, 45 days after launch.

A Korean beauty & wellness house in Azaiba, Muscat (Oman) - advanced facials, hair and scalp spa, body treatments and massage. An established address with over 200 Google reviews at 4.8 stars, but online it lacked a home on the same level. We built the website from the ground up: bilingual in English and Arabic including right-to-left layout, with an own booking flow, local schema and German data-protection standard - deliberately applied even where local requirements would be laxer. 45 days after launch, 418 of 598 tracked search terms sit on page one - the highest page-one share of all four engagements.

from 9.8 to 9.3

What we built

  • Bilingual website - English and Arabic including right-to-left layout, hreflang-clean, one code foundation for both language worlds.
  • Treatment architecture: separate worlds for facials, scalp spa, body & massage and device-based technology, instead of one combined services page.
  • Own booking flow - direct online booking plus a WhatsApp route, rather than handing the brand search to a platform.
  • Local foundation: local schema, real geo data and a maintained Google Business Profile, with self-hosted fonts and no tracker before consent.

Result (45 days after launch, as of July 2026)

  • 418 of 598 search terms on page one (70%), 146 of them in the top 3 - the highest page-one share of all four engagements. Avg. position from 9.8 to 9.3.
  • Generic hits without brand reference: "massage" at position 8.5 with 181 impressions, "b28 reflexology" at position 6.4 with 222 impressions.
  • 372 clicks and 7,690 impressions in 45 days.

Honest framing: the brand was established, with over 200 Google reviews - the website was new. Clicks are growing moderately so far (221 to 261 in the 30-day comparison); the achievement here is speed and the page-one share, not a growth curve.

Case 05 · Artist

DJane HotStuff - an artist website that doesn't look off-the-shelf.

A DJ from Lower Bavaria, over 20 years behind the decks - from the Superbloom stage in Munich to the village fair in the district. There was no brief, no ready-made copy, no prepared images, only her public profiles. From that we built a distinctive artist website: a visual language in the spirit of real rave flyers instead of the same AI neon look, and a structure that shows her full range rather than reducing her to one genre.

Homepage of hotstuff-djane.de, hero section

What we built

  • Research instead of a brief: career, gigs and milestones gathered and sourced from Instagram, SoundCloud and Spotify - the basis for honest copy without invented numbers.
  • An own visual language: a design in the style of real rave and club flyers, deliberately away from the generic neon gradient such sites usually wear.
  • Structure by range: festival, club and regional events as equal worlds, not a single genre box.
  • Static, fast, GDPR-clean - self-hosted fonts, no tracker before consent.

Result (freshly live)

  • A freshly launched website on a clean, fast technical foundation.
  • A distinctive presence: the site reads as hers at first glance, not as a template off the shelf.

Honest framing: this site is only just online. There are deliberately no ranking or reach numbers here yet - the proof today is the craft and the distinctive design, not a statistic. Reliable data will be added as soon as it exists.

Structural proof

What you don't see in numbers, you see here.

Trust isn't built only through cases. It's built through how this very website is constructed - and what stands behind every project.

GDPR-clean from day 1

This site loads no scripts before consent. Cookie banner, tracking, third parties - implemented properly, not as an afterthought.

Schema & structured data

Organization, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList - fully marked up. So Google and AI Overviews actually understand your site.

Performance & accessibility

Mobile-first, fast, semantically clean. Lighthouse scores aren't the goal - they follow when you work properly.

Your project

Whether trades or premium consultancy - the process is the same.

Clear phases, fixed price, written sign-off before each next step. Whether your website costs €3,900 or we build a complete branding system: same diligence, same structural discipline.
